Product Basics
1. What are Hakuro metal posters made of?
Our posters are printed on premium aluminium metal sheets (HD Gloss or HD Matte).
Providing you with:
- Vibrant colours
- Sharp
- Long Lasting Durability
2. What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer:
- A4 — 21 × 29.7 cm
- A3 — 29.7 × 42 cm
More sizes will be available soon.
3. Why do you only offer glossy posters
After extensive testing and R&D, we found that HD Gloss provides the best colour depth, clarity, and visual impact, especially for anime art.
We prioritise quality, so all posters are printed in the finish that gives you the strongest result.
4. What’s included in a purchase?
Every Poster Order at Hakuro includes:
- 1 Metal Poster
- 1 Magnetic Sheet
- 1 Metal Sheet
- 1 Protection Leaf
5. Can I buy the magnet / protection leaf individually
Not at the moment, but we are exploring selling individual mounting kits soon.
Mounting & Usage
1. Will the posters damage my wall?
Our mounting system is designed to be wall-safe for most surfaces.
However, results may vary depending on:
- Age or condition of the paint
- Textured or powdery walls
- Certain wallpaper materials
Hakuro is not responsible for issues caused by unsuitable wall surfaces.
2. What surfaces work best?
Best surfaces:
✔ Smooth painted walls
✔ Glass
✔ Tiles
✔ Acrylic or smooth plastic surfaces
Not recommended:
✘ Old or peeling paint
✘ Powdery walls
✘ Heavy textures
✘ Certain wallpapers
3. How do I mount the poster?
Mounting is simple:
- Stick the protective leaf onto your wall.
- Stick the magnet onto the protective leaf.
- Snap your metal poster onto the magnet.
4. Can I change the poster out after mounting it?
Yes. The mounting system uses a magnetic plate, so you can easily swap posters anytime without damaging the wall or the poster.
Custom Orders
1. Do You Accept Custom Orders?
Yes. We accept custom orders for personalised metal posters.
Simply send us your image, and our team will handle the enhancement work, including clarity, colour correction, and upscaling where possible, to ensure it prints at the highest quality.
2. What if i only the image that I want is of low quality?
Don’t worry — send it to us anyway.
We will upscale, enhance, and edit the image to the best possible quality before printing.
Delivery And Shipping
1. How long does delivery take?
Order Processing Time: 3–5 working days
Delivery Time (Singapore): 3–7 working days after your order has been processed

2. Do you deliver outside of Singapore?
Not yet — international shipping will be available in the future.
Refund
1. What is your return / replacement policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable.

The mounting process is very easy and can be completed in under a minute.
