All orders are dispatched from Singapore.

Standard Doorstep Courier - $6.99

  • Order Processing Time: 3-5 working days
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 working days after order has been processed
  • Free delivery for orders ≥ $100

Delivery Scope

  • Delivery is available within Singapore only.
  • We currently do not ship internationally.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly first. We can assist with filing a claim, but we are not liable for packages lost after confirmed delivery.
  • Resolution: If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we will work with the courier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions will depend on the courier’s claim outcome.
